基于Adams在整车中提取零部件的边界条件

摘 要: 以汽车动力学理论为基础,探讨重型汽车在运行过程中地面激励、整车受力和相关零部件的受力情况,并建立它们之间的理论关系。同时,在相关理论的基础上,运用动力学仿真软件Adams建立重型汽车整车运行试验平台,通过此试验平台可对汽车在各种路面及工况下运行仿真,得出汽车零部件在各种不同运行情况下的边界条件。文中以平衡轴为例,通过其在整车中的仿真,得出了其在特定运行环境下比较接近实际的边界条件。

Title: Getting the boundary conditions of parts in vehicles based on Adams

Abstract: Based on the theory of vehicle dynamics, the excitation of ground and the force situation of heavy-duty vehicles and related parts were discussed under operation. The theoretical relationship among them was built. Meanwhile, we built the heavy-duty vehicle running test platform which is a full vehicle model in the environment of simulation software Adams on the basis of relevant theories. The simulation of vehicle under different roads and working situation can be done on this platform. So that, we can get the boundary conditions of vehicle parts under different running conditions. In this paper, as an example of practice, we got the boundary conditions of balanced shaft which is close to real under specific working environment by simulating in full vehicle.
