烧结温度对陶粒性能的影响研究

摘 要: 作为污水处理工艺的副产物,污泥的产量随污水处理规模的增长而日益增多。污泥的处理处置一直是个难题,如处置不当易造成二次污染。这里以污水污泥与河道底泥为原料制备轻质陶粒,主要探讨烧结温度对原料的热力学性质及陶粒物理性能的影响。研究表明,温度大于950℃时,晶体达到定型阶段,在烧结温度达到1 100℃时,可得到颗粒表观密度、松散容重大小适中的陶粒。

Abstract: As the by-products of wastewater treatment, the output of sewage sludge increases greatly with the large scale growth of wastewater treatment. Sludge disposal has been one of the most serious environmental concerns, and it tends to cause secondary pollution if mishandled. In this paper, the effect of sintering temperature on the properties of raw materials and the physical properties of lightweight aggregates were studied. The results show that when sintering temperature is higher than 950℃, the crystal can reach the steady state. When sintering temperature reaches 1 100℃, lightweight aggregates with desired physicochemical properties can be attained.
