吸入不同时间异氟烷对大鼠发育期海马组织β-catenin表达的影响

摘 要: 目的:观察吸入不同时间异氟醚对发育期大鼠海马组织β-catenin蛋白表达的影响。方法:出生后7 d雄性SD大鼠32只,随机分为4组:吸入空气的对照组(A组),吸入2%异氟醚2 h组(B组),吸入2%异氟醚4 h组(C组),以及吸入2%异氟醚6 h组(D组),每组幼鼠处理中均无缺氧及CO2蓄积发生。实验结束6 h后,将上述各组幼鼠随机分为RT-PCR实验组和Western blotting实验组,分别取海马组织检测β-catenin蛋白表达。结果:发育期SD大鼠海马组织β-catenin mRNA的表达与对照组相比,B组和D组有统计学差异(P

Title: Effects of different time course of isoflurane on β-catenin expression in the hippocampus of developing rats

Abstract: Objective: To compare effects of different time course of isoflurane on β-catenin expression in the hippocampus of developing rats. Methods: Thirty-two 7-day-old SD male rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group inhalation of O2 instead of isoflurane (A), inhalation of 2% isoflurane 2 h group (B) , inhalation of 2% isoflurane 4 h group (C) and inhalation of 2% isoflurane 6 h group (D). Rats in every group were no hypoxia and CO2 accumulation occurred in the process. 6 h after treatment rats were killed and randomly divided into RT-PCR group and Western blotting group.
