骨科植入物专用型磨损测试装置研制

摘 要: 磨损是影响人工关节、脊椎假体等骨科植入物长期服役性能的关键因素。研究针对骨科植入物的材料级磨损测试问题,设计开发了专用型磨损测试装置。基于该装置,分别以超高分子量聚乙烯(ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene,UHMWPE)高交联超高分子量聚乙烯(cross-linked UHMWPE)对钴铬钼合金材料(CoCrMo)配副的人工关节类植入物材料为对象,进行实验验证,对磨损量、磨粒、磨损形貌进行分析及临床比对,进一步探索骨科植入物材料磨损测试方法。

Title: A new wear testing apparatus for orthopedic implant materials

Abstract: Wear has been recognized as the key factor affecting the long-term performance of orthopedic implants such as hip, knee and spine prostheses. In this paper, a new wear testing apparatus for orthopedic implant materials was designed and developed. Via this apparatus, according to the characteristics and requirements of orthopedic implant material wear tests, the wear of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and cross-linked UHMWPE counter with cobalt chromium alloy (CoCrMo) was investigated. Moreover, the debris generated by the experiment was extracted, and the particle morphology and distribution were analyzed and an effective testing method for the wear evaluation of orthopedic implants can be achieved.
