AD7606在电机控制系统中的应用与设计

摘 要: 在以DSP为核心的电机控制系统中,为实现系统的实时控制和稳定,主电路中的电压量和电流量会通过有隔离效果的传感器进行处理,之后通过相应的调理电路送入DSP的A/D采样引脚。鉴于DSP片内A/D采样模块在量程设计与抗扰能力上的不足,这里以TI公司的TMS320F28335为例,设计AD7606采样芯片的外围硬件电路,设计3组实验,从采样数据的准确度、精密度和采样信号的类型3个方面验证采用外扩采样芯片的合理性和高效性,并对实验结果进行分析。

Abstract: In order to realize the real-time control and stability of the system which is based on DSP, the voltage and current of the main circuit required would be sampled by sensor which has the effect of isolation, and then the signals would be sent into the A/D pins on the DSP through matching conditioning circuits. For the DSP’s on-chip A/D module has its disadvantages in designing range and immunity ability, in this paper, the hardware circuit of AD7606 was designed for TI’s TMS320F28335. In order to verify the rationality and efficiency of the sampling chip, three different experiments are designed for the comparison between these two signal processing methods in the following aspects: the accuracy of sampling data, the RSD of sampling data and the genres of sampling signal. According to the consequences, analysis has been given.
