输电线路覆冰测量光学传感器研制

摘 要: 输电线路覆冰容易导致绝缘子闪络、杆塔倾倒,造成电力供应中断。所研制输电线路覆冰监测拉力传感器,采用光纤布拉格光栅(fiber bragg grating,FBG)作为敏感元件,解决传统电子式拉力传感器易受电磁干扰、恶劣温湿环境下工作不稳定的问题。传感器采用S 型剪切式结构并设计过载保护,中间工字梁部分可有效抵抗实际测量中的偏载受力,通过机械补偿法消除温度对应变测量的影响。

Abstract: The icing on transmission lines leads insulator flashover and tower failure. The optical sensor, which adopted the fiber bragg grating (FBG) as sensing element, is not susceptible to electromagnetic interference, and works steadily in harsh temperature and humidity environment. Compared with traditional electronic sensor, the developed load sensor is suitable for the transmission lines ice monitoring. The load sensor adopts S shear type structure and overload protection. Then, an H beam is applied to reduce the eccentric load influence on the sensor. At last, the mechanical compensation structure is designed to eliminate the temperature influence on the strain measurement.
