船用双吸离心泵汽蚀性能的数值模拟与试验研究

摘 要: 采用ANSYS-CFX软件,对一台比转速为81.8的船用双吸离心泵的汽蚀性能进行数值模拟计算,得到了汽蚀发生时泵内部叶片表面气泡体积分数分布规律。并对临界汽蚀余量下叶轮内部的气泡分布规律进行探讨,得到了泵在临界汽蚀余量下扬程下降的原因。同时,还对船用双吸离心泵进行汽蚀性能试验,试验结果验证了数值计算的准确性。

Abstract: The cavitation performance of a double-suction centrifugal pump used in ships with specific speed of 81.8 is numerically simulated by ANSYS-CFX software. The distribution law of bubble volume fraction on the blade surface in pump at the cavitation occurrence was obtained. In addition, the distribution law of bubble inside impeller was discussed and the reason of the head decreased on the critical NPSH was analyzed. Meanwhile, the experimental study of cavitation performance is made for the centrifugal pump used in ships. The experimental results validate the accuracy of numerical simulation.
