发动机张紧装置有限元仿真模型简化研究

摘 要: 研究某发动机前端附件驱动(engine front end accessory drive,EFEAD)系统张紧装置的工作原理,基于结构理论分析推导出张紧装置负载和转角关系的一元二次隐式方程,并得出简化的数学模型,在此基础上建立有限元简化模型,并进行外载荷作用下的瞬态分析。结果表明,仿真分析结果与实验数据吻合,简化模型大大缩短了计算时间。该简化模型可用于EFEAD 系统的有限元动力学分析。

Abstract: The operating principle of a tensioner of engine front end accessory drive (EFEAD) system is studied in this paper. Based on structure theory analysis, an implicit quadratic equation with one unknown is derived to indicate the relationship between the load and rotational angle, so as to establish a simplified theoretical model. Then a simplified finite element model is built to conduct a transient analysis. The simulation results show a good agreement with the experimental data. The new model also gives an apparent improvement to the computational efficiency. The simplified model can be used to the EFEAD system to conduct a finite element analysis.
