基于差分进化算法的航空瞬变电磁反演研究

摘 要: 将一种比较新且性能优良的智能优化算法——差分进化(differential evolution,DE)算法引入到航空瞬变电磁法(airborne transient electromagnetic methods,ATEM)反演中,以ATEM一维正演理论为基础,编写DE算法反演程序,将典型的地电模型响应作为实测值,对其进行非线性反演计算,取得了良好的反演效果。与阻尼最小二乘法反演结果对比,发现该方法具有更高的精度和收敛速度。研究表明,DE算法对数据反演拟合程度较高,提高了ATEM的反演解释精度。

Title: Study on inversion of airborne transient electromagnetic methods based on differential evolution algorithm

Abstract: A new and excellently intelligent optimization algorithm: differential evolution (DE) algorithm is introduced to the inversion of airborne transient electromagnetic methods (ATEM). The inversion program of DE algorithm is programmed based on the 1-D forward theory of ATEM. Then the typical geoelectric models are calculated by nonlinear inversion and good inversion results are achieved. Compared with the inversion results of the damped least square algorithm, this method is found to have a higher precision. The studies have shown that the DE algorithm has a high degree of fitting to the measured data, which improves the accuracy of inversion of the ATEM.
