HMP与NP在热降解过程中的相互作用

摘 要: 在丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/对苯二酚双[二(1-甲基-2苯基)磷酸酯](HMP)/酚醛树脂(NP)复合材料中,HMP和NP存在协同阻燃效果。研究HMP、NP和HMP/NP的热重(thermogravimetric,TG)曲线、微分热重(derivative thermogravimetric,DTG)曲线及不同温度下傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)的变化,探究HMP和NP之间的相互作用。研究结果表明,HMP与NP之间的相互作用使得HMP/NP更容易失氢成碳,形成更加稳定的碳层,从而在受热过程中防止质量损失。

Abstract: There is a cooperative flame retardant effect between hydroquinone bis(di-2-methylphenyl phosphate) (HMP) and novolac phenol (NP) in acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS)/HMP/NP composite material. The thermal degradation mechanism of HMP has been successfully studied. This paper studies thermogravimetric (TG), derivative thermogravimetric (DTG) analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) under different temperatures. The results prove that HMP and NP interact with each other. HMP/NP lose hydrogen and form carbon layer easily and therefore prevent the mass loss in the process of heating.
