聚偏氟乙烯/杉木粉共混膜的制备与性能研究

摘 要: 研究杉木粉改性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微滤膜的制备方法及相关性能,采用浸没沉淀相转化法成膜,借助热重分析仪(thermogravimetric analyzer,TGA)、万能织物拉伸仪、静滴接触角测量仪等分析手段对改性后的PVDF共混膜进行表征与测试。结果表明,随着杉木粉的加入,共混膜的亲水性先增加后减小,纯水通量也呈现先增加后减小的趋势,当加入杉木粉含量为2%时,PVDF共混膜的亲水性、力学性能及孔隙率的提高较为明显。

Title: Preparation and properties study of PVDF/Chinese fir powder

Abstract: This paper studies on Chinese fir powder modified PVDF microfiltration membrane preparation methods and the related properties. The blend membranes were prepared by immersion-precipitation phase transformation method. The modified membranes were characterized and tested by thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA), universal fabric tensile tester, static contact angle measurement analysis instrument. The results showed that, with the addition of Chinese fir powder, the hydrophilicity of the blend membranes increased firstly and then decreased, and the pure water flux was firstly increased and then decreased. When the Chinese fir powder content is 2%, the hydrophilicity, mechanical properties and porosity of the PVDF blend membranes increased obviously.
