碳基对电极材料在QDSSCs中的研究进展

摘 要: 对电极(counter electrode,CE)作为量子点敏化太阳能电池(quantum dots-sensitized solar cells,QDSSCs)的重要组成部分,对电池中电子传输及催化还原反应起着重要作用。研究简述了近年来碳材料作为对电极材料的发展现状及研究趋势,主要分为纯碳材料、碳/贵金属纳米颗粒复合体系和碳/金属硫化物复合体系三个方面,重点综述了碳基对电极材料降低电荷传输阻抗(Rct)、提高催化活性和改进电池整体光电性能的技术方法,分析了QDSSCs对电极面临的问题,并对其未来发展趋势进行展望。

Title: Recent process in carbon based counter electrode materials of quantum dots-sensitized solar cells

Abstract: As an important component of quantum dots-sensitized solar cells (QDSSCs), the counter electrode (CE) makes a decisive influence on electron transmission and catalytic reductive process. The recent progress and trends of carbon based counter electrodes, including single carbon materials, carbon/noble metal nanoparticles and carbon/metal sulfides compound systems, used in QDSSCs are summarized in this work. The methods of fabricating carbon based counter electrodes are emphasized to decrease the charge transfer resistance (Rct), enhance the catalytic activity and improve the photoelectric property of QDSSCs. Considering the challenges of counter electrode, an outlook of new trend in this topic is discussed.
