中亚热带生物土壤结皮对土壤养分含量及N2O通量的影响

摘 要: 以结皮覆盖土壤(soil covered by biological soil crusts,SCCs)和裸地土壤(bare soil,BS)(0~5 cm)为研究对象,通过室内恒温(25℃)培养,采用等压取样法,探究中亚热带地区生物土壤结皮(biological soil crusts,BSCs)对土壤养分含量以及氮保持的影响。结果表明,1)BSCs降低了其下层无机氮(inorganic nitrogen,IN)含 量 ,BS的NO3−-N含量显著高于结皮层下土壤(soils below crusts,SBCs)(P<0.01),BSCs增加了BSCs−土壤系统的养分含量;2)黑暗处理下SCCs的N2O排放通量高于BS(P<0.01),然而,光照处理及暗、光交替下SCCs的N2O通量表现为吸收,BS则表现为排放。总之,BSCs改善了BSCs−土壤系统的养分含量,降低了土壤氮损失的风险,有利于土壤的氮保持及杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)的生长。

Title: Effects of biological soil crusts on soil nutrient contents and N2O flux in mid-subtropics

Abstract: To better understand the effects of biological soil crusts (BSCs) on soil nutrient contents and nitrogen retention in mid-subtropics. Soil covered by biological soil crusts (SCCs) and bare soil (BS) were collected intactly from surface soils of 0-5 cm depth and incubated in the laboratory at 25℃ by using equal pressure sampling method. The results showed that: 1) BSCs reduced inorganic nitrogen (IN) content in soils below crusts (SBCs), NO3−-N content in BS was signrficantly higher than that in SBCs (P<0.01), while BSCs enhanced soil nutrient contents of BSCs-soil system; 2) In dark condition, N2O emission flux in SCCs was higher than that in BS (P<0.01); however, N2O flux in SCCs showed absorption and that in BS was emission in light condition and alternation of day and night. Therefore, BSCs modify soil nutrient of BSCs-soil system and reduce soil nitrogen losses, which enhance nitrogen retention capacity and benefit the growth of Cunninghamia lanceolata.
