聚合物纳凝胶的制备及其载药控释研究进展

摘 要: 纳凝胶是一类尺寸在1~1 000 nm之间的水凝胶纳米粒子,纳凝胶因其独特的性质,获得了广泛的关注。作为极具发展前景的纳米载药体系,纳凝胶可穿透生物膜屏障,到达传统药物无法到达的部位,并可根据在生物体中所处环境的不同实现可控释放。本研究对纳凝胶的发展作一回顾,列举制备纳凝胶的主要方法,介绍纳凝胶作为药物载体在药物输送领域的应用,并对其未来发展方向进行展望。

Title: Research advance in preparation of polymeric nanogels for drug delivery systems and controlled release

Abstract: Nanogels are nano-sized (1-1 000 nm) hydrogel particles, which have attracted considerable attention due to their unique properties. As one of the most promising nanoparticulate drug delivery systems, it is easy to get to site-specific through biofilm barrier, and nanogels can be tailor-made to sense and respond to environmental changes in order to ensure spatial and stimuli-controlled drug release in vivo. This review presents a general view of the development in the field of nanogels and its bio-medical application as carriers for controlled drug delivery, the methods to prepare nanogelsand the future development are also concluded.
