CNTs-Fe3O4/PVDF复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘 要: 通过原位水热合成法制备了Fe3O4修饰的碳纳米管(carbon nanotubes-Fe3O4,CNTs-Fe3O4),并通过溶剂复合法制备出CNTs-Fe3O4/聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)复合材料。对该复合材料的结晶行为、热性能及介电性能进行研究。结果显示,由于CNTs-Fe3O4的加入,PVDF基体中的β晶相含量增加,同时该复合材料的热稳定性和介电常数均有一定程度的提升。

Abstract: Fe3O4 modified carbon nanotubes (CNTs-Fe3O4) were prepared by in situhydrothermal synthesis method, and CNTs-Fe3O4/PVDF composite was prepared by solution blending method. The crystallization behavior, thermal performance and dielectric properties were studied. The results showed that the content of β-phase in PVDF matrix increased with the addition of CNTs-Fe3O4. Meanwhile, the thermostability and dielectric constant of the composite increased at a certain content.
