基于CAN总线的煤矿多主通讯分站的研究与设计

摘 要: 煤矿安全监测监控是保证矿井安全生产的重要手段,是煤矿现代化管理的重要技术措施,因此监测监控系统的优劣直接关系到煤矿的安全生产能否进行。本研究设计的是煤矿安全监测监控系统中的井下监控分站部分,主要介绍基于CAN总线的煤矿多主通讯分站的设计思路,研究安全监控分站的硬件和软件结构,详细分析CAN总线通讯技术。在现有煤矿安全监控分站的基础上,设计以微控制器C8051F040为核心,采用数字式传感器采集信息、CAN总线传递信息的新型煤矿多主通讯分站。

Title: Research and design of multi-master communication substation based on CAN bus

Abstract: Effective coalmine safety monitoring is an important means to ensure the safety of the production under the coalmines. It is also one of the most important technical measures of the coalmine modern management. Therefore, the safety of the coalmine production is determined by the coalmine monitoring system. This paper designs an underground substation of the system. It introduces the design idea of multi-master communication substation of mine based on CAN bus, studies the hardware and software structure of safety monitoring substation, and analyzes communication technology based on CAN bus in detail. On the basis of the existing mine safety monitoring substation, this paper designs a new multi-master communication substation of mine with the core of micro controller C8051F040, meanwhile adopts the digital sensor to collect the information and transmits the information with CAN bus.
