计及解析阻抗比指标的含风电配电网动态无功优化

摘 要: 采用一种考虑解析阻抗比指标的动态无功优化方法,以网损最小及系统电压稳定性最好为目标函数对含风电的配电网进行优化。首先介绍基于戴维南等值的解析阻抗比指标的推导过程,然后基于Haar小波变换方法对日净负荷曲线进行分段,对有载调压变压器变比档位和电容器投切组数进行优化。最后利用改进的IEEE33节点配电系统进行仿真,其结果与现有方法相比,减少了电压调节设备动作次数,并且明显改善了多数时刻系统的电压稳定性,同时很好地控制了网损增量,具有一定的实际应用价值。

Title: Dynamic reactive power optimization considering the analytical impedance ratio in distribution network with wind power

Abstract: In this paper, a dynamic reactive power optimization method considering the analytical impedance ratio is used to optimize the distribution network with wind power, which is based on the minimum network loss and the best voltage stability. This paper firstly introduces the derivation process of the analytical impedance ratio based on Thevenin equivalent. Then a new approach to load curve in segments based on Haar wavelet transform method is proposed, and at last, optimizes the loaded regulable transfer discontinuous wiper and the compensation capacitance switching. Taking the improved IEEE33-bus distribution system as example, the results reduce the movement of voltage control equipment and improve voltage stability of power system in the period of most time and the network loss increment is well controlled at the same time, which proves to be having certain applicable value.
