基于FPGA的电力电子电路建模及仿真研究

摘 要: 针对二值电阻法建模存在的刚性不收敛问题,以及随着开关频率的增大,二值LC法对开关器件开关特性的描述会偏离开关的实际特性,使仿真精度降低等问题,采用一种适用于高频特性的开关建模方法,即开关函数法。其中以Buck电路为例,分析其工作原理,建立基于现场可编程门阵列(field-programmable gate array,FPGA)的开关函数的电路模型,并与Plecs环境下的仿真结果对比,经比较发现二者结果的平均相对误差仅为0.005%,因此验证了模型的有效性和准确性,为基于FPGA的高频电力电子电路的仿真提供了建模基础。

Title: Research on modeling and simulation of power electronic circuits based on FPGA

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of rigid convergence in two-value resistance modeling and the increase of switching frequencies, the two-value LC method which describes the switching characteristics of switching devices will deviate from the actual characteristics of the switch, so that the simulation accuracy is reduced. In this paper, a switching modeling method, which is suitable for high frequency characteristics, is presented. Taking the Buck circuit as an example, the working principle is analyzed and the circuit model of the switch function based on field-programmable gate array (FPGA) is established. And compared with the simulation results in Plecs environment, the results show that the average relative error of the two results is only about 0.005%, thus verifying the validity and accuracy of the model and providing a modeling foundation for the simulation of high frequency power electronic circuits based on FPGA.
