基于二维枕形PSD太阳跟踪方法研究

摘 要: 为提高太阳能的利用效率,在对二维枕形位置敏感器件(position sensitive detector,PSD)特性进行分析的基础上,研究一种基于二维枕形PSD太阳跟踪方法。二维枕形PSD输出太阳入射光点位置信息,经放大转换,将数据用串口发送给MCU,MCU接收到太阳地平坐标的数据后,将其转变为控制信号驱动步进电机转动,调整光伏电池板的位置,实现太阳位置追踪。通过Matlab软件仿真得出,二维枕形PSD太阳自动跟踪方法的发电量较固定模式提高了1倍以上。

Title: Study of sun tracking method based on two-dimensional pillow PSD

Abstract: In order to improve the use efficiency of solar photovoltaic power generation, we study a sun tracking method based on two-dimensional pillow position sensitive detector (PSD) by the analysis of the features of two-dimensional pillow PSD. Two-dimensional pillow PSD outputs the incident light spot location information, then amplifies the transformation, and sends the data to MCU by using a serial port. MCU receives the sun altitude angle and azimuth data, then converts it in to a control signal to drive the stepper motor rotate, which can adjust the position of the photovoltaic panels to achieve sun position tracking. Through Matlab software simulation, the electricity of two-dimensional pillow PSD sun automatic tracking system improves twice than fixed system at least.
