基于黄金分割法的二次加工区域搜索算法研究

摘 要: 针对曲率半径变化较大的自由曲面,利用黄金分割法进行二次加工区域精确搜索。通过三点圆弧逼近算法近似计算曲率半径值,快速确定曲面二次加工区域的大体位置,避免盲目搜索,缩减计算量,提高搜索效率。再引入黄金分割原理快速精确搜索二次加工区域边界。实例验证结果证明,研究提出的算法计算效率得到显著提高,且能够准确地搜索过切区域。

Abstract: The golden section method is proposed to detect secondary operation regions accurately of freeform surfaces with large variation of curvature radius. The three points arc approximating method is used to approximately compute the curvature radius to judge the secondary operation region. The algorithm significantly avoids mindless searching, reduces computing time and improves the search efficiency. Then, the golden section method is proposed to detect the secondary operation regions accurately. The results show that the computational efficiency of the proposed algorithm is improved significantly and the overcutting region can be accurately searched.
