集中供冷与分体空调建筑中人员热舒适对比分析

摘 要: 测试夏季重庆市主城区集中供冷办公建筑和分体式空调办公建筑室内热环境,采用问卷调查研究的方法获取室内人员对不同建筑环境的主观评价,并探究被调查者对环境不满的原因。研究结果表明,集中供冷建筑的室内温度比分体空调建筑稳定;且集中供冷建筑中人员的中性温度为22.5℃,分体空调建筑中人员的中性温度为25.1℃;空气不流通造成的闷感是影响人们对室内环境评价的主要因素,与空调形式无关。最后讨论两种空调系统下人员反映差异的机理。

Title: Comparison analysis of human thermal comfort at buildings with centralized cooling and split air conditioning

Abstract: In summer, we tested the indoor thermal environment of the office buildings with the centralized cooling and the split air conditioning in the main urban area of Chongqing. We adopted the questionnaire survey method to obtain the subjective evaluation of the different building environments, and explored the dissatisfaction reasons of respondents. The results show that the indoor temperatures of the centralized cooling buildings are more stable than temperatures of the air conditioning building. The neutral temperature of people in the centralized cooling buildings is 22.5℃. The neutral temperature of the air conditioning building is 25.1℃. Stuffy feeling caused by non circulation is the main factor affecting the evaluation of indoor environment, which has nothing to do with the form of air conditioning. In this paper, we also discussed the differences mechanism between two air conditioning systems.
