基于硼氢化钠制氢技术的氢能应急电源

摘 要: 通过化学镀法在泡沫镍表面沉积磷化钴(CoP)催化剂,用于催化硼氢化钠水解产氢。20℃下,2%NaBH4+5%NaOH反应液中氢气产率为917 mL·min-1·g-1. 以启普发生器为氢气发生器,通过反应液与催化剂的接触和分离模拟应急电源的开启和关闭。模拟系统的响应时间为2 min,重复启停5次,系统性能稳定。设计了一种基于硼氢化钠制氢技术的氢能应急电源,该电源具有无人值守、自动启停、环境友好、反复使用的特点。

Title: Hydrogen energy emergency power supply based on the technology of sodium borohydride hydrolysis

Abstract: In this paper, electroless-plated CoP catalyst supported on Ni foam was used for catalytic hydrolysis of sodium borohydride for hydrogen generation. Using a 2%NaBH4+5%NaOH solution, the hydrogen generation rate was as high as 917 mL·min-1·g-1 at 20℃. Kipp gas generator was employed for hydrogen generation. To stimulate the on/off operations of designed emergency power supply, the catalyst was artificially contacted or separated with reaction solution. Response time of the simulation system was only 2 min, meanwhile, good stability was proved through repeating 5 times. A novel emergency power supply based on the technology of sodium borohydride hydrolysis was introduced, which possessed unattended operation, auto start-stop, environmental friendly and reusable.
