预磁化对SmBCO超导块材磁悬浮性能的影响

摘 要: 采用顶部籽晶熔渗生长(top-seeded infiltration and growth,TSIG)法成功制备0.5%CeO2掺杂SmBCO超导块材,其直径为20 mm、厚度为10 mm. 研究样品在不同外加磁场条件下所能捕获的捕获磁场大小和捕获磁场对样品磁悬浮性能的影响。实验结果表明:1)捕获磁场随着外加磁场的增大而增大,随后几乎达到饱和;当外加磁场从0增加到1.4 T时,样品捕获磁场的最大值从0增加到0.755 T. 2)随着捕获磁场的最大值从0增加到0.755 T,样品磁悬浮力的最大值从49.20 N下降到−15.77 N,吸引力的最大值从0增加到28.50 N. 研究结果对超导块材的应用具有积极的意义。

Title: Influence of premagnetization on the levitation force of SmBCO bulk superconductor

Abstract: Single domain SmBCO bulk superconductor containing 0.5% CeO2 with diameter in 20 mm and thickness in 10 mm has been prepared by top-seeded infiltration and growth (TSIG) method. Effects of applied magnetic field (Ba) on the trapped field (Btr) and Btr on levitation forces have been investigated, and the main conclusions are as follows: 1) Btr of the sample increases with the increasing of the Ba, and reaches almost saturation subsequently. The maximum trapped field (Btr,max) increases from 0 to 0.755 T with the increasing of Ba from 0 to 1.4 T. 2) The maximum levitation force decreases from 49.20 N to −15.77 N and the attractive force increases from 0 to 28.50 N with the increasing of Btr,max from 0 to 0.755 T. The results are very important for the practical application of the bulk superconductor.
