基于石墨烯的高比表面积碳纳米复合结构材料

摘 要: 研究通过使用氧等离子体刻蚀光刻胶的方法,在化学气相沉积(chemical vapor deposition,CVD)法生长出的石墨烯表面制备活性碳材料,从而形成基于石墨烯的碳纳米复合结构。对该材料进行表征后发现,该碳纳米复合材料表面存在许多碳纳米线结构,因此具有更高的比表面积,使石墨烯可以被用作锂离子电池的电极、填充材料及超级电容器等。

Title: Carbon nano-composite material based on graphene with high specific surface area

Abstract: This paper uses oxygen plasma etched photoresist to synthesis active carbon material on the surface of graphene prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. Afterwards, carbon nano-composite material based on graphene is formed. After characterization, the results show that this material is comprised of large numbers of carbon nanowires. Therefore, the composite material has larger specific surface area and can be used as the electrode of lithium battery, filling material and super capacitor.
