湿法无胶转移石墨烯技术

摘 要: 湿法转移是一种使用最广泛的石墨烯转移方法。采用湿法无胶的转移方法,得到表面洁净且质量较高的石墨烯。该方法以生长石墨烯的铜箔本身作为保护层,将此时的铜箔紧贴于目标衬底上,溶解铜箔,并配合短时间的超声,即将石墨烯更为直接地转移到衬底上。这一方法完全舍去作为石墨烯保护层的有机聚合物,从而获得表面高度清洁、颗粒污染低的高质量石墨烯。

Abstract: Graphene wet transfer is the most widely used method. In this paper, a resist-free wet transfer method is developed, and high-quality graphene with clean surface is obtained. The proposed transfer method utilizes copper foil as the supporting layer, which is used for growing graphene. Then the copper foil is dissolved after putting on the surface of target substrate. Combining with short ultrasonic, the graphene can be transferred directly to the substrate. This method totally abandons the organic polymer supporting layer, thus the high-quality graphene with ultraclean surface, less organic polymer and particle pollution is finally obtained.
