NaY(WO4)2: Tm3+, Tb3+, Eu3+白光荧光粉的制备与性能研究

摘 要: 采用传统高温固相法合成一种单基质白色荧光粉NaY(WO4)2: Tm3+, Tb3+, Eu3+,并通过扫描电子显微镜(scanning electronic microscopy,SEM)、X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、荧光(photoluminescence,PL)光谱及色坐标(color coordinate)对制备的系列样品的形貌、物相和荧光性质进行表征。结果表明,在荧光粉NaY(WO4)2: 0.01Tm3+, xTb3+, yEu3+(x=0.01~0.06,y=0~0.06)中,随着Eu3+掺杂比例的增加,发光从冷白光区进入暖白光区,实现了色调的可控性。同时,探究了合成温度对实验产物的影响,并观察到Tb3+和Eu3+之间的能量传递。

Abstract: In this paper, a single matrix white light phosphor NaY(WO4)2: Tm3+, Tb3+, Eu3+ was synthesized by a traditional high temperature solid phase method. The morphology, phase and photoluminescence properties of the prepared samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy and color coordinate. The results showed that the light region of phosphor NaY(WO4)2: 0.01Tm3+, xTb3+, yEu3+ (x=0.01-0.06, y=0-0.06) was changed from the cold white to the warm white with increased concentration of Eu3+, which means the tone is controllable. At the same time, we explored the effect of synthesis temperature on the product, and observed the energy transfer between the Tb3+ and Eu3+.
