异形挤出型材自动化包装机设计

摘 要: 针对当前异形挤出型材包装自动化程度低、包装成本高、劳动强度大及企业招工难等问题,设计开发了异形挤出型材自动包装机。根据异形挤出型材人工包装的特点和技术要求,提出异形挤出型材自动包装机的整体设计方案,并进行主要机构的设计,通过可编程控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)和触摸屏实现整个包装过程的自动控制,根据设计方案制造样机并调试优化。实际生产情况表明,该自动包装机可以满足企业对包装效果、空间尺寸和包装效率的要求,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low degree of automation, high packing cost, high labor intensity and difficult recruitment, the design and development of special shaped extrusion profile automatic packing machine is designed. According to the characteristics and technical requirements of the special packaging of special shaped extrusion profiles, the overall design scheme of the profile automatic packing machine is put forward and the main body is designed. The automatic control of the whole packaging process is realized by programmable logic controller (PLC) and touch screen. The prototype is designed according to the design scheme and debugging optimization. The actual production situation shows that the automatic packaging machine can meet the requirements of packaging effects, space size and packaging efficiency of enterprise and has a broad application prospects.
