超导磁浮危险物质输运系统屏蔽层性能研究

摘 要: 针对目前危险物质的运输需求,提出一种基于超导磁悬浮技术的非接触式密封输运系统。该系统采用块材高温超导材料,配合永磁导轨(permanent magnet guideway,PMG)实现稳定悬浮,以悬浮平台拖载危险物质,在悬浮平台与基础磁性轨道间设置保护屏蔽层,从而实现对危险物质的密闭式悬浮输运。以放射性元素为例,实验研究放射性屏蔽层引入后对高温超导磁悬浮系统性能的影响。通过不同实验模式的对比,验证了放射性屏蔽层存在下,运行高温超导磁悬浮系统的有效性。本研究测试数据及主要结论可为非接触式输运系统设计及工程应用提供参考。

Title: Shielding layer performance of the HTS maglev transportation system for hazaradous material

Abstract: A contact-less superconductive maglev system was purposed in this paper for the transportation of hazardous materials. This system is based on the bulk high temperature superconductor (HTSC) and the permanent magnet guideway (PMG), and the hazaradous materials are loaded on the maglev platform. The shielding layer can be set between the HTSC and the PMG, which consisted a sealed transportation system. Taking the radioactive materials as examples, the performance of high temperature superconductive (HTS) maglev system with the existence of shielding layer was researched. By the comparison of different testing modes, the effectiveness of HTS maglev system with shielding layer was proved. The testing data and analysis of this paper can supply beneficial references for the practical engineering application.
