赛鸽与红光处理赛鸽视网膜的转录差异分析

摘 要: 通过转录组技术研究比较正常赛鸽和红光条件下饲养的赛鸽视网膜基因表达差异,同时以普通食用鸽作为参照,筛选出相关的基因37条,利用GO数据库和KEGG数据库分析差异基因(differentially expressed genes,DEG)的功能和所在的信号通路,并用反转录PCR(reverse transcription PCR,RT-PCR)的方法检测差异基因在鸽子主要组织的表达情况。研究发现,差异基因富集于细胞粘附、新陈代谢等通路,说明红光处理并非仅对磁受体的光感受功能有影响,还可能对鸽子视力造成较大影响。

Title: Analysis of transcriptional difference between athletic pigeon and red light treated pigeon retina

Abstract: The transcriptome gene technology was used to study the difference of retinal gene expression between athletic pigeon and red light treated pigeon, while the common pigeon was used as reference. 37 related genes were screened out, the differentially expressed genes (DEG) function and the signal pathway were analyzed by the GO database and KEGG database. Reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) method was used to detect the expression of differential genes in the main tissues of pigeons. The study found that the differences in genes were enriched in cell adhesion, metabolism and other pathway, indicating that red light treatment of pigeons may have a great impact on vision of pigeons.
