基于苹果力学挤压特性的山地减损储运小车结构设计

摘 要: 选取山地水果品种——山东烟台苹果为试验对象,结合电路设计、机械设计、工业设计、人机工程等方面的知识,进行无损储运智能小车的结构设计。首先确定小车的组成材料并进行初步结构设计,通过仿真验证小车结构设计的合理性;再对小车进行基于人机工程形态优化和控制系统的设计等,确定小车的尺寸;最后设计小车的实体搭建、测重和减震等试验。通过试验数据,进行小车减损效果分析。结果表明,本研究设计的小车具有良好的减震效果,其中综合减震率达到41.6%,试验材料的保护率达到58.3%,为山地水果储运智能设备的设计提供了技术支持。

Abstract: The apples in Yantai, Shandong, one kind of mountain fruits, were selected as the experimental objects. In combination with circuit design, machine design, industry design, ergonomics and other aspects of knowledge, the structure of intelligent trolley for lossless storage was designed. Firstly, the material of the trolley was determined, the preliminary structure was designed, and the reasonability of the trolley was verified by simulation. Then, the size of the trolley was determined by following designs based on the shape-state optimization and control system of ergonomics. Finally, a series of experiments including the setting up, weighing and earthquake resistance of the entity were carried out. According to the experimental data, the effect of the diminishing loss was analyzed. The experimental results show that the trolley has preeminent earthquake resistance. The overall aseismic ratio comes up to 41.6% and the protection ratio of the experimental material reach to 58.3%. This research provides technical supports in the smart devices design for the storage of mountain fruits.
