Floyd-Steinberg抖动算法误差扩散非对称性研究

摘 要: 基于离焦投影三维测量原理,结合相移法,分析Floyd-Steinberg抖动算法误差扩散非对称性对离焦正弦结构光投影误差的影响。通过数值仿真,给出在不同离焦量下,多种相移步数、多种条纹周期图案的相位误差,发现Floyd-Steinberg抖动算法的误差扩散不对称性使正弦结构光的二值条纹图案失对称性,使相移法产生相位平移。实验证明,使用平行于条纹方向扫描的Floyd-Steinberg抖动算法使离焦结构光图案在不同离焦状态、不同相移步数情况下的相位提取结果更加一致,误差更小,与仿真结果相符。

Abstract: Based on the defocusing projection three-dimensional (3D) measurement principle and the phase shift method, the influence of the error diffusion asymmetry of Floyd-Steinberg dithering algorithm on the defocusing sinusoidal structure projection error is analyzed. Through the numerical simulation, the phase error of the phase shift steps and a variety of fringe periods patterns is given under different defocusing amounts. It is found that the error diffusion asymmetry of the Floyd-Steinberg dithering algorithm makes the binary fringe pattern of sinusoidal structure light become misaligned, causing the phase shift to produce a phase shift. The experimental results show that the Floyd-Steinberg dithering algorithm, which is parallel to the stripe direction scanning, will make the phase extraction results of the defocused structured light pattern under different defocusing states and different phase shift steps has smaller error which confirmes with simulation results.
