磁性荧光印迹传感器荧光检测三氟氯氰菊酯

摘 要: 运用表面印迹技术在四氧化三铁@二氧化硅-γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(Fe3O4@SiO2-MPS)磁性粒子表面包覆荧光印迹层,获得了四氧化三铁@二氧化硅-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷@分子印迹聚合物(Fe3O4@SiO2-MPS@MIPs)传感器,用于荧光检测三氟氯氰菊酯(λ-cyhalothrin,LC)浓度。Fe3O4@SiO2-MPS@MIPs 展现出了强顺磁性、荧光性和选择性识别能力。荧光响应光谱显示荧光强度与LC浓度呈线性关系,并建立了线性回归方程I0/I−1=0.012 89×Cc−0.023 65,R2=0.996 2(相关系数),检出限为2.3 ng/mL.实际检测结果表明,磁性微球是一种有吸引力的识别元件,可用于蜂蜜样品中痕量LC 的测定。该研究展示了MIPs 在食品中检测LC 的潜力。

Title: Magnetic fluorescence imprinted sensor for determination of λ-cyhalothrin

Abstract: A core-shell magnetic Fe3O4@SiO2-MPS@MIPs sensor is fabricated via the surface molecular imprinting technique of coating with fluorescent imprinting layer for fluorescent detection of trace λ-cyhalothrin (LC) on the magnetic particle surface of Fe3O4@SiO2-MPS. The magnetic Fe3O4@SiO2-MPS@MIPs exhibit strong paramagnetism, high fluorescence intensity, and highly selective recognition. Fluorescent response spectra show that fluorescence intensity is linear to the concentration of LC, and the relationship could be described by the linear regression equation I0/I −1= 0.012 89×Cc−0.023 65 with correlation coefficient R2 of 0.996 2, limit of detection of 2.3 ng/mL. The experimental results of practical detection reveal that magnetic Fe3O4@SiO2-MPS@MIPs microsphere as an attractive recognition element is satisfactory for the determination of trace LC in honey samples. This study, therefore, demonstrates the potential of MIPs in detection of LC in food.
