间氯苯胺优化钙钛矿薄膜结晶与电池性能

摘 要: 钙钛矿多晶薄膜的结晶性、形貌和覆盖率是影响钙钛矿太阳能电池性能的主要因素,其中溶剂环境是决定薄膜质量的关键因素。研究通过向钙钛矿前驱体溶液中添加适量的反溶剂间氯苯胺,制备了具有高结晶性、高覆盖率,且具有树枝状取向形貌的钙钛矿薄膜。此外,进一步考察间氯苯胺添加量和基底温度对钙钛矿薄膜形貌的影响。当间氯苯胺的添加比例为1:20(与前驱体溶液的体积比),基底温度为170℃时,所组装的钙钛矿太阳能电池性能最优,其光电转换效率最高可达13.9%.

Title: Optimization of perovskite thin films crystallization and device performance through adding m-chloroaniline

Abstract: Crystallinity, morphology and coverage of perovskite polycrystalline film are the main factors which affect the performance of the perovskite solar cells. The film morphology is influenced by many factors, especially the solvent environment. In this paper, partially introducing m-chloroaniline into the perovskite precursor solution as the anti-solvent promoted the coverage and crystalization of perovskite thin film with dendritic orientation. In addition, the influences of the amount of m-chloroaniline and substrate temperature on the morphology of perovskite thin films were also investigated. Eventually, by regulating the substrate temperature to 170℃ and the addition of m-chloroaniline to 1:20 (rate by volume with precursor solutions), the power conversion efficiency of devices improved to 13.9%.
