基于谐振分离效应的环形微腔设计及仿真研究

摘 要: 随着微纳光学理论的完善和研究的不断深入,基于环形谐振腔的光学传感器得到了迅速发展。依据单微环的基本理论,设计串联双环结构并对其谐振不对称分离效应进行分析研究。通过Mathematics软件对影响串联双环结构输出谱线的各个参数进行仿真和数据分析,研究各个参数变化对应输出谱线的变化规律,确定实现串联双环结构谐振分离效应输出谱线高Q值的最优结构参数,为开展基于串联双环结构谐振分离现象的传感器实验研究奠定基础。

Abstract: With the development of micro-nano optical technology, the optical sensor based on microring resonators has obtained considerable development. Based on the theory of single ring cavity, the series dual-microring configuration was designed and its resonance asymmetrical separation effect was analyzed. All parameters which effect the output spectrum with series dual-microring configuration were researched through Mathematics software by simulation and data analysis. The variation rule of each parameter vs the output spectrum was studied to find out the optimal structure parameters of high Q value of output spectrum to achieve series dual-microring resonance separation effect, respectively. These results laid a foundation for the development of optical sensor experiment based on resonance separation of series dual-microring configuration.
