羟基磷灰石纳米棒的合成及其吸附行为研究

摘 要: 羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HA)是动物硬组织的主要无机矿物成分,具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性和离子交换性等,广泛应用于生物医药领域和吸附分离领域。以磷酸二氢铵和氯化钙为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为形貌导向剂,通过水热法成功合成单晶HA纳米棒,其直径为20 nm,长度在200~400 nm之间,并对Zn2+在HA纳米棒上的吸附动力学进行研究。结果表明,HA纳米棒对Zn2+具有良好的去除性能,且其吸附等温线符合Langmuir 型吸附等温线。

Title: Hydroxyapatite nanorods: synthesis and their sorption property

Abstract: Hydroxyapatite (HA), the main inorganic mineral constituent of animal hard tissues, is widely used in biomedicine and adsorptive separation fields due to its biocompatibility, biodegradability and ion exchange ability. In this paper, the monocrystal HA nanorods have been synthesized and characterized via hydrothermal synthesis in an aqueous system with NH4H2PO4 and CaCl2 as raw materials and CTAB as topographic guiding agent. The naorods are about 20 nm in diameter and 200-400 nm in length. The kinetic sorption of the aqueous Zn2+ adsorbed on the synthesized HA nanorods are investigated and found that the HA nanorods have a fine removal for aqueous Zn2+, and their adsorption isotherm accords with the Langmuir type adsorption isotherms.
