二氧化碳接触池的数值模拟与优化研究

摘 要: 针对海水淡化水入市政供水管网前的矿化处理工艺中二氧化碳与淡化水混合不均匀的问题,利用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)数值模拟方法,对二氧化碳接触池进行示踪模拟,考察二氧化碳接触池中不同反应室个数对水力效率的影响,对接触池池型进行数值模拟与优化,验证二氧化碳接触池的水力效率。结果表明,反应室的高宽比越大,池内流体流动越均匀。对二氧化碳接触池进行优化,确定了通过增设导流板和横挡板为优化接触池的最佳方案,接触池的水力效率T10/HRT为0.643.

Abstract: In view of the problem of uneven mixing of carbon dioxide and desalinated water in the mineralization treatment process before the desalinated seawater entering into the municipal water supply pipe network, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation method is used to simulate the tracer of carbon dioxide contact tank, and the effects of carbon dioxide contact tank with different reaction chamber numbers on the hydraulic efficiency are investigated. The numerical simulation and optimization of carbon dioxide contact tank structure are studied. The carbon dioxide contact tank of water efficiency is verified. The results show that the larger high aspect ratio is, the more uniform fluid flows in the tank. With the optimization of the carbon dioxide contact tank and the addition of baffle plate and the transverse baffle, the hydraulic efficiency of the contact tank T10/HRT is 0.643.
