充分供油条件下的润滑状态转变试验观察

摘 要: 利用双色光干涉润滑油膜测量技术,观察充分供油条件下点接触润滑状态的转变过程。结果表明,采用大黏度润滑油,润滑油膜随卷吸速度的增加呈现出从弹流润滑(elastohydrodynamic lubrication,EHL)状态向动压润滑(hydrodynamic lubrication,HL)状态转化的趋势,这两种润滑状态之间存在明显的过渡区间,且该区间受到载荷的影响。随着黏度的降低,润滑油膜偏离理论预测值的临界速度降低,油膜发生润滑状态转化的能力下降。并对不同速度、载荷和黏度条件下润滑状态在不同区间内的转化进行定量分析。

Title: Experimental investigation of lubrication regime transitions under fully flooded conditions

Abstract: Using lubrication film measurement technique of dichromatic interferometry, the transition of lubrication regimes were investigated in point contacts under fully flooded conditions. The results showed that, with thick lubricant, the lubrication regime transition from elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) to hydrodynamic lubrication (HL) was obtained by the increasing speed. Moreover, an obvious transition zone was found which was influenced by load. With the lubricant viscosity decreasing, the value of critical speed deviating from the theoretical predications became lower. Moreover, the thinner lubricant compressed the ability of lubrication regime transitions. Finally, lubrication regime transitions in different intervals were quantitatively analyzed with different speeds, loads and viscosities.
