施肥对高寒草甸土壤团聚体内颗粒有机质组分及有机碳含量的影响

摘 要: 土壤团聚体影响土壤有机碳(soil organic carbon,SOC)的循环和周转。团聚体内颗粒有机质(particulate organic matter,POM)组分更易受施肥的影响,可以用于更好地解释SOC 变化的内在机制。本文研究施肥(N、P、N&P)对高寒草甸土壤团聚体内POM 及颗粒有机碳(particulate organic carbon,POC)含量的影响。结果表明,施肥显著减少了较大团聚体(>2 mm)的质量分数;单施磷肥显著降低了较大团聚体和微团聚体(<0.25 mm)POC. 在较大团聚体内,单施氮肥显著增加了POC 和粗颗粒有机质(coarse-particulate organic matter,cPOM)的C/N,氮磷合施显著降低了细颗粒有机质(fine-particulate organic matter,fPOM)C/N,所有施肥处理均显著降低了矿质结合有机碳(mineral organic carbon,MOC)含量;在较小团聚体中,单施氮肥处理细颗粒有机碳(fine-POC,fPOC)含量降低,其他施肥处理POC 均增加;单施氮肥显著增加了微团聚体中fPOC 含量和C/N. 上述结果表明,施肥破坏团聚体的结构,使POC 含量和粗细颗粒有机碳的比(cPOC/fPOC)增加,促进团聚体内有机碳周转速率,从而不利于团聚体的形成,最终影响SOC 在团聚体的固存。因此,施肥不利于该地区土壤有机碳库功能的维持。

Title: Effect of fertilization on particulate organic matter and organic carbon content in soil aggregates of alpine meadow

Abstract: Soil aggregates affect the cycle and turnover of soil organic carbon (SOC). Particulate organic matter (POM), which is more sensitive to fertilization, can be used to explain the mechanism of SOC changes. In this paper, we studied the effect of fertilization (N, P, and N&P) on POM composition and particulate organic carbon (POC) content in soil aggregates of alpine meadows. The results showed that fertilization significantly decreased the mass proportion of large-macroaggregate (>2 mm); P-alone fertilization significantly reduced the POC of large-macroaggregate and microaggregate (<0.25 mm). N-alone fertilization significantly increased POC and the C/N ratio of coarse-particulate organic matter (cPOM) while N&P fertilization decreased the C/N ratio of fine-particulate organic matter (fPOM). Fertilization with N, P or N&P decreased the mineral organic carbon (MOC) content. In the small-macroaggregate, POC increased except the fine-POC (fPOC) under the N-alone fertilization. N-alone fertilization increased the fPOC and C/N ratio in microaggregate. Taken together, these findings suggested that fertilization destroyed the structure of soil aggregates, increased the POC and the ratio of cPOC/fPOC, and enhanced turnover of organic carbon in aggregates. This went against aggregates formation and SOC sequestration. Furthermore, fertilization has a negative effect on maintaining the function of carbon pool in this area.
