紫杉烷类抗肿瘤药研究进展

| 摘 要： | 紫杉烷类药物包括紫杉醇（paclitaxel，PTX）与多西紫杉醇（docetaxel，DTX），为近二十年出现的治疗恶性肿瘤的强效药物，它们具有广谱的抗肿瘤药物活性。目前，紫杉烷类药物的应用研究主要集中在与其他药物的联合疗法上，本文综述了紫杉烷类药物的体内过程、药理作用机制、临床应用等，有助于为紫杉烷药物的用药剂量与用药方法提供参考，提高临床患者的顺应性及对实体瘤的综合疗效。 |

| Abstract： | For the past two decades, taxanes such as paclitaxel (PTX) and docetaxel (DTX) have been seen as the powerful drugs for the treatment of malignant tumors, they have a broad spectrum of antineoplastic activity. Currently the application of taxanes focus on combination therapy with other drugs, this paper reviews the process of taxanes in vivo, pharmacological mechanism of action, clinical application and so on. All these studies are useful to provide guidance on dosage and method of administration for taxanes, this will improve patient compliance and clinical efficacy for solid tumors. |
