冷等离子技术对稻草秸秆预处理的研究

摘 要: 以稻草秸秆为原料,在空气氛围中,采用冷等离子体技术对秸秆粉末进行处理,考察在不同处理条件下稻草秸秆组分含量(质量分数)的变化,并采用van Soest 差重法测定处理后稻草秸秆纤维素、半纤维素、木质素等成分的含量。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)、X 射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)和X 射线光电子光谱(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,XPS)分别表征预处理前后的秸秆性质。研究发现,利用冷等离子技术预处理后,稻草秸秆中半纤维素的含量下降,纤维素的含量上升,木质素的含量先上升后下降。稻草秸秆内部结构遭到一定程度的破坏,木质素、纤维素之间的连接变得松散。

Abstract: In this paper, the straw stalk was used as raw material, and its powder was pre-treated by cold plasma under the air atmosphere. The effects of different pre-treatment conditions on the components of straw stalk were investigated. The content changes of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in straw stalk were determined by van Soest method. The straw stalk were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) before and after pre-treatment by cold plasma, respectively. The results showed that after pre-treatment by cold plasma, the hemicellulose content of straw decreased, the cellulose content increased, and lignin content increased first and then decreased. It may be due to the structure of straw suffered a certain degree of damage after pre-treatment. The connection between lignin and cellulose became loose.
