胺改性膨胀石墨对CO2的吸附性能研究

摘 要: 采用可膨胀石墨在高温下制得膨胀石墨载体,通过湿浸渍方法将四乙烯五胺(TEPA)负载于以大孔为主的膨胀石墨上制备出新型固体胺吸附剂。表征结果表明,胺改性膨胀石墨仍具有层状结构。将胺改性膨胀石墨在75℃、10%(体积分数)CO2条件下进行CO2吸附性能测试,孔容高达3.14 mL/g 的膨胀石墨在胺改性后的CO2吸附容量最大可达1.95 mmol/g.

Title: Research on CO2 adsorption performance of amine-modified expanded graphite

Abstract: Expanded graphite (EG) carrier with macroporous structure was prepared from expandable graphite through thermal expansion and was used as the support to load TEPA by wet impregnation method to prepare the new solid amine adsorbent. According to the characterization results, amine-modified EG still have layered structure. CO2 adsorption performance of the amine-modified adsorbent was tested with 10%CO2 in 75℃. The maximum adsorption capacity of the EG with pore volume of 3.14 mL/g after amine-modification was 1.95 mmol/g.
