基于BOM的柔性作业车间调度方法研究

摘 要: 针对实际生产中工件间存在物料清单(bill of material,BOM)关系的柔性作业车间调度问题(flexible job-shop scheduling problem,FJSP),基于分而治之的思想提出一种求解该问题的分层-整体调度算法。建立了该问题的调度模型;给出一种能够对存在BOM关系约束的工件进行层次识别的方法;为更好地贴近车间生产实际,设计了用于分层调度且考虑工件计划开工时间和设备工作日历的改进的遗传算法,并通过实例验证了所提算法的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the flexible job-shop scheduling problem (FJSP) with bill of material (BOM) relationship between jobs in the actual production process, a hierarchical-holistic scheduling algorithm based on separate handling was proposed. A flexible job-shop scheduling model based on BOM was constructed. A hierarchy recognition method was given to identify hierarchies of workpieces with BOM relationship constraint. Taking the workshop calendar of equipment and the planned start time of production into account, an improved genetic algorithm was designed to apply hierarchical scheduling so that it was more close to the actual production. Examples validated the viability of the proposed algorithm.
