永磁同步发电机双绕组分析计算

摘 要: 针对某项目18槽16极的永磁同步发电机(permanent magnet synchronous generator,PMSG)高可靠性的要求,提出电机定子电枢双绕组输出的冗余设计结构。首先,根据绕组的连接规律,提出几种不同的嵌线方式;其后,利用电磁场经典公式数值计算分析几种不同嵌线方式下的电感参数,以及不同嵌线方式各相绕组电感间耦合程度;再其后,通过CAE有限元电磁软件Ansys Maxwell仿真分析不同嵌线方式下的短路电流、转子永磁体去磁及电压输出特性;最后,结合以上分析并匹配生产工艺,筛选出合适的双绕组绕线方案。

Abstract: Aiming at the requirement of high reliability of permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) of 18-slot 16-pole, a redundant design structure of motor stator double-winding output is proposed. First, according to the connection law of the winding, several different embedding methods are proposed. Then, the inductance parameters of several different embedding modes are analyzed and calculated by using the classical formula of electromagnetic field, and the degree of coupling between the inductances of each winding of different embedded lines is analyzed. Then, through the CAE finite element electromagnetic software Ansys Maxwell simulation, the short circuit current, rotor permanent magnet demagnetization and voltage output characteristics of different embedding modes are analyzed. Finally, thro combining the above analysis and matching the production process, the appropriate double-winding program is selected.
