笼型转子无刷双馈电机数学模型分析及实验研究

摘 要: 针对一台带有公共笼条和公共端环的笼型转子无刷双馈电机(brushless doubly-fed machine,BDFM)样机,为研究其运行特性,首先对BDFM的数学模型进行理论推导,再利用Matlab建模仿真;在此基础上,开展不同运行工况下的实验研究,得到样机转速以及定子功率绕组、控制绕组电流波形,并与仿真结果进行对比和分析。结果表明,仿真波形与实验波形相符,说明了仿真与实验结果的正确性,笼型转子BDFM具有良好的异步和同步运行特性,异步运行时转速随负载的变化而变化,同步运行时可通过改变控制绕组频率实现变频调速。

Abstract: To study the operating performances of a brushless doubly-fed machine (BDFM) prototype of cage rotor with the public bar and public end loop, the mathematic model is deduced theoretically and simulated by Matlab. And then, the simulations about the different operating conditions of the prototype are researched. Furthermore, the speed and the stator current waveforms of power winding and control winding under different operating conditions are tested by the experimental platform of the prototype. The results show that the waveforms of simulations and experiments are coincident and correct, and the BDFM with cage rotor has good performances in both asynchronous and synchronous operations. Asynchronous operation speed changes with the change of the load. Synchronous operation speed can be altered by changing the frequency of the control winding.
