野生烟草中TMV抗性基因的遗传定位

摘 要: 烟草花叶病毒(tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)在烟草和蔬菜中危害较大,给生产带来了巨大损失。抗性品种的利用,将大大减少由TMV感染带来的损失。研究以TMV抗病基因型的二倍体野生烟草(Nicotiana paniculata)为材料,通过抗病基因型与感病基因型进行杂交,自交后获得F2代分离群体。根据表型鉴定,野生烟草中TMV抗性基因为单基因。开发分子标记筛选重组单株,最终初步定位了野生型烟草中的TMV 抗性基因候选基因所在区段在标记3.0M与标记N1之间。野生烟草中TMV抗性基因的定位,将为抗性育种提供参考信息。

Title: Genetic mapping of the tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) resisitance gene in wild tobacco

Abstract: The tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) is known to infect tobacco and vegetables, and it can cause serious losses in production. The best way to avoid losses in crops is to grow resistant varieties against TMV. In this study, we use a TMV resistant genotype to cross with a susceptible genotype from a wild tobacco Nicotiana paniculata which generates a F2 segregating population. According to the phenotypes of the population, the TMV resistance is controlled by a single gene. Using molecular marks to select recombinant individual, the candidate gene of TMV resistance genes in N. paniculata is mapped between marks 3.0M and N1. This information can be used in the resistance breeding.
