基于SSO-CA模型的重庆渝西地区城市用地动态变化模拟

摘 要: 为提高基于地理元胞自动机(cellular automata,CA)的城市模型的精度,针对以往模型存在的不足,构建了群居蜘蛛优化-CA(social spider optimization-CA,SSO-CA)模型,并以重庆市渝西地区为例进行城市土地动态模拟,同时将土地类型分为2类、5类、7类,观察不同分类方法对模拟结果的影响。结果显示,基于SSO-CA模型的模拟总精度达到90%以上,总Kappa系数达到80%以上。研究表明,基于SSO-CA构建的模型比基于遗传算法构建的模型具有更好的模拟效果,且更适合于大范围的城市用地动态模拟中数据分布不均衡、数据特征变量较多的情况。

Title: Dynamic simulation of urban land in western Chongqing area based on SSO-CA model

Abstract: To improve the accuracy of city model based on geographic cellular automaton (CA) and aim at the shortage of existing models, this paper constructs a social spider optimization (SSO)-CA model. Using the western Chongqing area as an example of urban land dynamic simulation, at the same time, land types are divided into 2 classes, 5 classes and 7 classes to observe the effects of different classification methods on simulation results. The results show that the total accuracy of SSO-CA simulation model is more than 90%, the total Kappa reach to more than 80%. The studies show that the constructed simulation based on SSO-CA model has a better simulation effect than genetic algorithm, and is more suitable for a large range of urban land in dynamic simulation of uneven data distribution and a large amount of data characteristic variables.
