Cavin家族蛋白在糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的作用及机制研究进展

摘 要: | 2型糖尿病是由多病因引起的以慢性高血糖为特征,以胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素分泌不足为主要病理生理机制的代谢性疾病。在糖尿病及其并发症的发生发展过程中,表现出糖、脂、蛋白质代谢紊乱,胰岛素抵抗,大血管及微血管进行性病变等病理过程,胰岛素抵抗是重要的病理机制。微囊位于脊椎动物多种细胞表面,介导胰岛素受体从而参与脂肪、葡萄糖转运和胰岛素抵抗相关信号转导。研究Cavin家族蛋白对微囊结构、数量和功能的调节作用,以及通过胰岛素受体及受体后信号通路对糖尿病胰岛素抵抗过程的作用及可能的机制,旨在为研究胰岛素抵抗提供新思路。 |

Abstract: | Type 2 diabetes is characterized by chronic hyperglycemia caused by multiple etiologies. Insulin resistance and insufficient insulin secretion are the main pathophysiological mechanisms of metabolic diseases. During the initiation and development of diabetes and its complications, insulin resistance is an important pathological mechanism in the pathological process of glucose, lipid, protein metabolism disorder, insulin resistance, large blood vessel and microvessel progressive damage. Caveolae is located on many cell surfaces of vertebrates, mediating insulin receptor and participating in signal transduction related to lipid, glucose transport and insulin resistance. In order to provide new ideas for the insulin resistance, the role of Cavin family proteins on the regulation for structure, quantity and function of caveolae, and the role and possible mechanism in diabetes insulin resistance through the role of insulin receptor and post receptor signaling pathway are studied. |
