岷山红三叶异黄酮的提取、纯化、含量测定方法及红三叶异黄酮应用概况

| 摘 要： | 岷山红三叶是全国牧草品种审定委员会审定登记的3个红三叶品种之一，它富含异黄酮类物质。红三叶异黄酮具有多种药理作用，如抗肿瘤、抗氧化、改善更年期综合征等，在医疗保健与畜牧业中的应用越来越广泛。本文综述了岷山红三叶异黄酮的提取、纯化、含量测定方法及红三叶异黄酮在国内外的应用概况，为岷山红三叶的进一步开发利用提供参考。 |

| Abstract： | Trifolium pratense cv. Minshan is one of the three varieties of T. pratense L. which has been checked, appraised and licenced by the Chinese Herbage Cultivar Registration Board. It is rich in isoflavones. Isoflavones from T. pratense L. have many pharmacological functions, such as anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, improving the climacteric syndrome, et al. The use of the isoflavones in health care and animal husbandry is more and more extensive. In this review, the methods of extraction, purification, determination of isoflavones from T. pratense cv. Minshan and applications of the isoflavones from T. pratense L. at home and abroad were reviewed, which could be a reference for the further development of T. pratense cv. Minshan. |
