咔唑醌生物碱Calothrixin A/Calothrixin B及其类似物的合成研究

摘 要: | 咔唑醌生物碱Calothrixin A/Calothrixin B是一种新型的人DNA拓扑异构酶抑制剂,具有优良且广谱的肿瘤细胞抗性作用。本文报道了一种通过一步Michael加成-Heck偶联串联反应快速高效构建咔唑醌吲哚环的方法,高效简洁合地成了Calothrixin A/Calothrixin B及其类似物,为后期药物化学研究奠定了坚实基础。 |

Abstract: | Carbazolequinone alkaloid Calothrixin A/Calothrixin B is a novel human DNA topoisomerase inhibitor with excellent and extensive anti-tumor activity. This paper reports a fast and efficient method to construct carbazolequinone indole ring via one step Michael addition-Heck coupling cascade reaction. Calothrixin A/Calothrixin B and their analogues are synthesized efficiently and simply by this method, which paves the base for further pharmaceutical chemistry research. |
