基于单片机的OCT探头转速控制系统设计

摘 要: 针对光学相干层析成像(optical coherence tomography,OCT)中旋转扫描式探头在图像重建时,由于转速误差引起图像失真的问题,设计了一个探头转速控制系统。研究建立了驱动探头旋转的无刷直流电机(brushless direct current motor,BLDCM)的数学模型,采用位置式PID算法实现了转速的闭环控制;基于Matlab Simulink进行了PID参数整定,基于MSP430单片机(micro controller unit,MCU)实现了系统功能,并基于Python开发了用于人机交互的上位机软件。实验结果表明,本系统软硬件设计合理可行,可以实现较为精确的电机转速控制。

Title: Design for OCT probe rotational speed control system based on MCU

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of image distortion caused by rotational speed error of rotating scanning probe in rotary reconstruction of optical coherence tomography (OCT), a probe rotational speed control system is designed. In this paper, a mathematical model of a brushless direct current motor (BLDCM) that drives the rotation of the probe is set up, and a closed loop control of the rotational speed is realized by using the position PID algorithm. PID parameters are set up based on Matlab Simulink. The system function is achieved based on MSP430 micro controller unit (MCU), and the upper computer software for human-machine interaction is developed based on Python. The experimental results show that the software and hardware design of the system is reasonable and feasible, and can realize accurate control of motor rotational speed.
